To train the CCH working under Mid Day Meal Scheme, Master trainers nearly 1100 were trained through ToTs with the help of various institutions (Akshaya Patra Foundation, Hotel Management Research Institute & Health Management Research Institute). Training programme was organized at each block of the state to train the cook cum helpers about hygiene, cleanliness, cooking techniques, maintenance of food grains and to keep proper nutritional values in MDM. Till date near about all cook cum helpers were trained during these training sessions.
